longwaveAdded #3538768: Update CKEditor 5 to 47.0.0 for 11.3.
10.6 should not need to follow, because I believe CKEditor have agreed to supporting v45 until the end of life of Drupal 10.

xjm@longwave I'm not sure they've officially agreed on that yet; one of the maintainers is proposing that and hopes to get agreement on it but it might not be 100% confirmed yet. (Part of it wasn't 100% confirmed; I'm not sure if it was the "v45 support until Dec. 2028" part or the more general idea of "LTS versions for Drupal maintenance versions" part.)

xjm#3561302: Register equivalent updates on site install would be helpful to fix before 11.3.0 and 10.6.0 if we can (backporting anything necessary to 11.2.x and 10.5.x patch releases as well as needed).
