Odbor lahko organizira predstavitve s strokovnjaki, če so potrebne za delo odbora v zvezi z določeno temo. Predstavitve lahko skupaj pripravita dva ali več odborov. Večina odborov organizira redne predstavitve, saj na njih lahko prisluhnejo strokovnjakom in z njimi razpravljajo o pomembnih vprašanjih.
