"Easy Website Building and Integrations for New WordPress.com Users"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

The most helpful part of WordPress.com is how easy it is to use and implement websites with its integration features. Having these options makes it easier for new users to use it frequently when creating and maintaining their websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

The least helpful part of WordPress.com is that, at times, the answers in the customer support forums can be a bit confusing, especially when I’m trying to understand how to use newer parts of WordPress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Smooth Publishing for Regular Health Content and educational post"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I use WordPress.com to post health tips and simple educational content for people who follow my work. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist and I regularly share short health posts, diet guidance, and general wellness tips, so I needed something that is easy to use and not complicated. Writing a post, adding images, and updating pages feels smooth for me and saves time.

Getting started did not take much time. I set up the site and started posting my health content the same day. I use it often to publish diet tips, routine health guidance, and small awareness posts, and it is easy to manage everything from one place.

There are enough useful features to run a small health focused site properly. I can create pages, publish articles, and keep my posts organized without confusion. Overall, it feels like a simple and practical platform for someone like me who creates health education content and wants to post regularly without extra effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

One small issue I felt is that many useful options are only available on paid plans, so on the free version you have to compromise a bit. Sometimes when I try to change simple things like design or layout, it shows upgrade options, which feels distracting while working. The editor is easy, but a few settings take time to find when you are new. Also, when I add images to health posts, the page editor feels a little slow sometimes. "User-Friendly, Low-Maintenance Site Building for a Professional Online Presence"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

It allows me to quickly create and manage content without worrying too much about technical setup, hosting, or security. The interface is user-friendly, updates are automatic, and the built-in themes and plugins make it simple to customize a site. It’s especially helpful for businesses that want a professional online presence without needing deep technical expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

One thing I dislike about WordPress.com is the limitation in customization and flexibility compared to self-hosted WordPress. Some advanced features, plugins, and design control require higher-tier plans, which can increase costs. It can also feel restrictive when trying to implement very specific functionality or custom integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly but Pricey with Plugin Conflicts"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I really like that WordPress.com is very easy to use, which is great for blogging and setting up single-page websites or even ecommerce sites. It's fast to create or develop a website, and a lot of things are manageable from the servers. Plus, you don't need to worry about spending a lot of time creating content. The platform's performance is reliable, and it's convenient to use multiple tools and buttons, making the whole process easy and manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

Sometimes there are a lot of plugins which are pro features, and it takes a lot of money. Sometimes the price becomes very high, and it sometimes creates conflicts between the plugins. It's difficult to update because a lot of things got changed after the update. Sometimes the upgrade is locked like the versions and the plugins. I don't like these conflicts, and we need to improve them and the page loading times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"WordPress is a website developing tool with different designs and plugins"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I have been using WordPress from last five years and it has been one of the oldest and most versatile website building platform for us. It is mostly free of cost and the range of designing elements that wordpress provides for websites is ultimate. We get almost each and every kind of designs and plugins which makes our website more attractive and useful for our audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

I have been old user of wordpress and there are two major con of this platform. Whenever I want to add a new feature to our website it asks to install a new plugin and some of the plugins are two costly on the other hand websites developed through wordpress need a lot of updates quite frequently and after every update there is certain unwanted change that happened to the website's apperence. "User-Friendly Platform with Powerful Features and Seamless Scalability"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

This platform stands out for its combination of user-friendliness and powerful features. It allows for straightforward content creation through the block editor, while also providing extensive customization options with themes and plugins. The built-in hosting and security features add convenience, and its strong SEO capabilities help boost visibility. Additionally, it is highly scalable, making it suitable for anything from a basic blog to a complex website, all backed by a large and active community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

Common complaints about WordPress.com usually focus on the restrictions faced by free or basic users, such as mandatory ads and limited functionality. For those using self-hosted WordPress.org, managing plugins and themes can be complicated. Users also report performance problems, like slow loading times due to excessive bloat, and security risks that often stem from third-party add-ons. Additionally, many find the editing tools confusing or are frustrated by unexpected changes to their plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Platform for Creative Blogging and SEO Optimization"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I am using WordPress.com to run my blog website, and I use it to post daily blogs. WordPress.com solves my biggest problem by helping me use various useful plugins like Site Kit, which helps me see insights of the website. It also enhances creativity on my blog website and builds security. I like the user experience and find the plugins very useful. Specifically, the Site Kit plugin shows insights of the web, and the Rank Math plugin helps with SEO of the website. WordPress.com also provides a variety of features to manage and build the website effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

Everything was good but there is a specific area which could be improved and need to implement, that is switch button for multiple sites. Switch button like switching multiple sites in WordPress within the same tab, currently users need to open separate tabs and login their site credentials there. Like, it is much complicated but I watched YouTube tutorials to set it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Set Up, Highly Customizable CMS Platform"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

Unlike many other Content Management System (CMS) platforms, WordPress is much easier to understand, set up, and use for building a website. I’ve been using WordPress for over 10 years, and it has improved a lot over that time. It offers customizable website templates and plugins, plus Google Site Kit integration, which helps power up our website’s look, SEO, content, and other important factors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

Although WordPress is a good platform, the most common issue with a WordPress-built site is its performance and load time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"WordPress.com: Simplicity and reliability for creating a professional website"
What do you like best about WordPress.com?

WordPress.com offers a very stable and extremely easy-to-use environment, even for someone without technical skills. The interface is clear, the options are well organized, and the whole setup allows for creating a professional site in very little time. What I particularly appreciate is the peace of mind associated with managed hosting: automatic updates, enhanced security, backups — everything is taken care of. This allows me to focus on content, SEO, and strategy, rather than technical maintenance. The theme system is extensive enough to meet the needs of most freelancers, coaches, or small businesses. The block editor (Gutenberg) has really matured: you can now build clean, modular, and coherent pages without resorting to an external builder, even though many extensions like Divi or Elementor are extremely appreciated. For users who want to publish regularly, the platform is smooth, stable, and pleasant on a daily basis, very reliable and useful for small sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WordPress.com?

Even though WordPress.com has evolved a lot, some limitations persist. The customization possibilities remain less advanced than on Webflow in terms of design, which can frustrate some users who want a completely custom design. Moreover, the reliance on certain paid plans to unlock relatively basic features (such as installing third-party plugins or certain technical optimizations) can be surprising when comparing the .com version to other more open CMS. Costs can rise quickly as soon as you try to step outside the standard framework. Finally, the ecosystem remains somewhat closed: you have to accept the technical choices imposed by the platform.
