I loved if I had a hammer because it's different to most books today, they are all about vampires or Greek gods and this was more enjoyable because most don't know much about the Norse gods and don't know what to expect. I loved the twists in this book and it was witty in it's own way. I love the characters too, there weren't too many so it didn't make your head spin trying to keep track of them all. I loved the imagination and how it stuck to what the Vikings thought the Norse gods were like and their customs. this is one of my new favourites, the kind my friends and I love!
