The Rock Squad
The Rock Squad are a group of young dinosaurs intent on solving a rocky problem. Follow them as they pursue their passion, inspire their community, and achieve out-of-this-world results. A fun story with interesting characters, packed with wacky pictures for kids. This book tries to spark some ideas and interest in dinosaurs and following your passion.

I believe in challenging children and giving just enough information for them to ask a question or fill in the gaps themselves. Reading a children's book should be a collaborative exercise between parent and child, with pauses for questions and creative discussions.
So far I have produced two story books (The Lonely Squid and The Rock Squad), and two multi-book series of alphabet picture books.

Strange Children’s Book
This book was an odd combination of parts. Most children's books try to tell a cohesive story in about 32 pages, minus a few for some front matter. I didn't feel this book had that cohesive story. It seemed like a random collection of general observations about rocks, a little bit of a side story of a motley crew who call themselves The Rock Squad who wanted to gather rocks into piles, and then had an inexplicable end about an asteroid bypassing Earth because of the gathered rocks! A few statements about rocks seem strange to me, like the idea that there are soft ones. Isn’t that part of the key definition of a rock, that it is hard? All in all, I found this to be a strange book that I'm not quite sure I can recommend.

Kids will love the adventures and illustrations of this book. Great characters to follow. Fun read for kids. Would recommend!

We love dinosaurs in our house and already the kids are excited to read this book. The messaging in this book is that our next generation will be able to change the future through determination and team work. Lovely story with cute illustrations and some laughs in there too.
