[close] A place for readers and writers to share their favorite books about Chinese historical fiction and Chinese Magical Realism. I am a Goodreads author, and I wrote a novel set in Guangdong, southern China, in the 19th century. I am very interested in discovering more novels with that touch of Latin American magical realism I love so much. Please share your favorite books in this category, and let's discuss them. I am currently writing my second novel, also set in Guangdong. Hopefully it will be ready next year. For now, I am busy with the Spanish version of my novel Red-blooded Vase. Soy autor en Goodreads y escribí una novela ambientada en Guangdong, en el sur de China, en el siglo XIX.
