Charles Martin a kedvenc íróim egyike… olyan képekben és érzelmekben gazdagon fogalmaz hogy minden megelevenedik az olvasó szem előtt. Magát a történetet néhány mondatban le lehetne írni de az olvasás során felmerülő felbukkanó Érzések és érzetek sokasága felsorolhatatlan.
Az egyik kedvenc mondatom a könyvből: “ Öt éves koromban Miss Ella megtanított rá hogy hogyan írják le helyesen a szeretet szót , és ezt azóta sem felejtettem el: úgy betűzik :I-D-Ő”
Ajánlom annak , aki szívesen olvasna arról , milyen nagyszerű és hatalmas erejű a szeretet, ami végül mindig győz!

Lelkileg, elmeileg összetört testvérpár, akinek csak egy apró lökés kellett, hogy mindent letisztázzanak, újra magukra találjanak.
Miss Ella igazi gondoskodó anyatípus, akinek karjai között én is szívesen megbújnék. Szavai örökre a fiúkba vésődik és elolvasásuk után, pár az enyémbe is.

Nagyon szép történet, megható, annak ellenére, hogy egy kegyetlen apa mellett felnövő két kisfiúról van szó.
