Love in itself doesn’t guarantee a happy ending of any kind, you need to put in a lot of work, and sometimes even that is not enough, sometimes what you need is perhaps a lucky chance to overcome all sorts of difficulties. I really appreciate this sober and realistic approach in a romance novel – and don’t worry, it’s not all seriousness and cold reasoning to please grumpy readers like, the novel is all kinds of fun and hot and very smart, and I didn’t even mind the country music stuff. I and my postman are looking forward to the next instalment in the series.
