The amount of sexist things being said that were in this book oh my🤚(I do understand that most sports romance books have sexist main characters, but damn). I swear he talked about her being a “chick” about 250 times. He kept saying stuff about how she was different than other “chicks” because she “had a personality”🙄. He also said (multiple times), at the very beginning of the book, that the only reason she was in hockey was because of who her father was. Like are you serious😡? Nothing even happened in the first 200 pages. So boring. The fmc and mmc barely really talked. Then the other 300 pages were just sex scenes. They weren't even good sex scenes😐. Like they were “banging” every other page. Honestly, there was no point in this book. This book did not have to be 500 pages. It dragged and dragged. I can’t. I didn't even feel their chemistry. Pretty much every single one of his teammates had the same personality. Hockey and get laid by “chicks/females”. So I don't plan on reading more in this series if other books come out😬.
