I have always thought that the Language aspect is neglected when discussing the phenomenon of Cults. It seemed to me that cults have a pressing tendency to twist language and redefine it in order to control the followers. This book discusses this aspect fairly & it offered me some interesting insights to think about.

كتاب ثري ومحيط، أشعرني بالخجل من تذكر كل مرة حاولت أن أدلي بدلوي في تفسير ظهور الدوافع الدينية، وذلك بما كشفه عن عمق وتكامل تلك الظاهرة، وكذلك عقم الكثير من الأحكام السطحية التي تسود بيننا عنه مسرى البديهيات، وأن كان فصله الأخير عن فيزياء الكم مقحم على مادة الكتاب.
