The most pragmatic and complete book on OKRs I’ve ever read!

Just phenomenal depth on leadership, typology and archetypes.

Sonnenfeld really did it. One of those rare books that was able to combine theory and practice, academical research with interviews, psychology with sociology, from private to public sector guiding from individuals in leadership roles to boards and CEOs. Inspiring depth. Amazing 30+ real mini biographies/profiles of real leaders to illustrate each archetype.

So rare these days.
