it was amazing
This feels like a very important book. For me it’s been very eye-opening concerning the “food” industry, and has encouraged me to change the way I eat and shop. As the author admits, the study of UPF and its effects on our bodies is still a relatively new science and a lot of it is still theory. I liked it, I didn’t love it, but that was more because of a preference in writing style/voice and not because of a dislike of the content. I read this after watching the video online of Sapolsky’s debate with Dennett, and another video of Sapolsky explaining why he doesn’t believe in free will. Loved the videos.
