Hi, I’m Giovanni Selter, from Pennsylvania, where I run a neighborhood restaurant. I also write blogs on the side to talk about the other side of food.
I started Healthy Exposures because I wanted a space that felt honest. No gimmicks, no perfect routines. It is part journal, part kitchen diary, part “figuring-life-out” space. Some days it’s a post about gut health.
Other days, it’s a five-minute recipe or me rambling about why I started stretching in the mornings. And sometimes just about what I’m cooking at home after a long shift.
So go ahead, poke around, read a bit, and if something clicks, feel free to stick around. Whether you’re into food, feeling better, or just curious, you are welcome aboard!
