CHAIRMAN
alumniboard@hungaryfoundation.org
Andrássy National Security Fellowship ’25
As someone who has been involved with the Hungary Foundation for years and has benefited greatly from its cross-cultural and educational programs, the opportunity to lead its Alumni Board is both intellectually invigorating and deeply humbling. As Chairman, my goal is to provide strategic direction, vision, and oversight, represent our community in official capacities, and serve as the primary liaison between the Hungary Foundation and the Alumni Board.
DIRECTOR OF MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Széll Kálmán Fellowship ’19
Having been a Széll Kálmán Fellow in Washington D.C. in 2019, I am delighted to rejoin the Hungary Foundation community as the Director of the Mentorship Program on the Alumni Board, fulfilling my desire to give back to the organization. I strongly believe in the power of knowledge transfer and understand that a good mentor can be a crucial asset in launching a career, which is why my primary goal is to develop and shape a strong mentorship program for the Foundation, which can last and continue helping the young professionals in our alumni community. I look forward to working on this initiative, contributing my Public Affairs experience from the retail sector.
DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION
Post-Graduate Visiting Research Fellowship ’23
My name is Bálint, I am the Director of Administration of the Alumni Board, I make sure that the Board’s operations run smoothly in terms of logistics and internal coordination. In this role, I support the activities of the other Board members, handle administrative tasks, and supervise the Board’s agenda.
DIRECTOR OF EVENT MANAGEMENT
Széll Kálmán Fellowship ’21
I am glad to join the HF Alumni Board and I look forward to giving back to – and becoming even more involved with – the community that has supported and inspired me since my first journey to the US as a Széll Kálmán Fellow in 2021. As Director of Event Management, I will be primarily responsible for ensuring that everything is in place for us to have a great time together and for making both the preparation and follow-up processes run smoothly. If you have any ideas or suggestions for HF alumni events, please feel free to reach out to me anytime!
DIRECTOR OF ENGAGEMENT
Széll Kálmán Fellowship ’23
After a memorable summer working for AEI through the Széll Kálmán Fellowship, I’m excited to give back in my role as Director of Engagement. I help create meaningful and memorable experiences for our alumni by overseeing events that spark connection, learning, and a strong sense of community. Partnering closely with the Director of Event Management, I ensure each event is thoughtfully planned, well-executed, and aligned with alumni interests.
