Campinas, SP The Laboratory for Studies on the Organization of Research and Innovation (LabGEOPI) at Unicamp has consolidated its expertise in the in-depth analysis of the results and impacts of public policies focused on Science, Technology and Innovation (ST&I). Through robust methodologies and a multidisciplinary team, the laboratory contributes to the improvement and effectiveness of these policies in Brazil.
LabGEOPI develops and applies evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness and transformations generated by science, technology, and innovation (ST&I) policies. This includes everything from monitoring implementation to analyzing long-term effects in various sectors of society and the economy. Researchers, public managers, funding agencies, and society in general benefit from LabGEOPI's analyses, which acts as a bridge between academia and decision-makers, providing evidence for the formulation of more efficient policies.
