Aisha Said
Aisha Said (she/her) is the Founder and CEO of Universal Inclusion, an organization dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and accessibility in the space industry through podcasts, scholarships, and research. She also serves as Director of Programs at Space for Humanity (S4H), where she designs and leads the Citizen Astronaut Program, preparing participants for transformative spaceflight and guiding their impact projects on Earth. Aisha also chairs the S4H Inclusion Council, fostering best practices in equity and inclusion across the space sector. As a specialist in citizen and commercial spaceflight preparation, she draws on her degree in Inclusive Education to embed principles of universal design in her work, and on her degree in International Development Studies to bring a community-driven, globally minded perspective. Aisha is deeply committed to ensuring space exploration benefits all of humanity, both on Earth and beyond.
