Il Decreto Semplificazioni<\/strong>, pubblicato nel luglio scorso<\/strong>, conteneva al suo interno anche una disposizione<\/strong> che impone l’utilizzo di credenziali uniche<\/strong> per accedere a tutti i portali<\/strong> pubblici<\/strong>. In ottemperanza a questi obblighi<\/strong>, a partire dal 1 ottobre<\/strong> il sistema di identit\u00e0 digitale SPID<\/a><\/strong> diverr\u00e0 l’unico modo per autenticarsi<\/strong> ed usufruire dei servizi pubblici online<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Tra coloro che hanno gi\u00e0 cominciato una fase di transizione<\/strong> prima dell’approvazione del decreto c’\u00e8 Agenzia delle Entrate<\/strong>, che gi\u00e0 dal giorno 1 marzo 2021<\/strong> ha eliminato l’emissione delle credenziali<\/strong> su richiesta degli utenti<\/strong>. L’alternativa, quindi, per entrare nel portale AdE<\/strong> \u00e8 diventata l’autenticazione via SPID<\/strong><\/a>, CIE<\/strong> o CNS<\/strong>. Ovviamente in questo progetto rientrano anche le chiavi d’accesso<\/strong> erogate negli anni dalla stessa Agenzia<\/strong>, chiamate Fisconline<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Dopo il periodo che va dal 1 marzo al prossimo 31 settembre<\/strong>, considerato di transizione verso il nuovo regime<\/strong>, tali credenziali saranno dismesse a favore dei sistemi sopra elencati<\/strong>. Per prendere visione online della propria situazione fiscale, dunque, i cittadini dovranno autenticarsi esclusivamente utilizzando SPID<\/a><\/strong>, Carta d’Identit\u00e0 Elettronica<\/strong> e Carta Nazionale dei Servizi<\/strong>. Tale discorso, per ora, non si applicher\u00e0 per le aziende, per le quali le chiavi d’accesso Entratel<\/strong> e Fisconline<\/strong> rimarranno attive salvo nuove disposizioni normative<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Oltre ad AdE<\/strong> anche INPS<\/strong> sta per passare all’obbligo di autenticazione tramite SPID<\/strong> per tutti i cittadini. Con una circolare datata 2 luglio<\/strong>, infatti, l’ente previdenziale ha comunicato che l’emissione prima e l’accettazione poi del PIN INPS<\/strong> per effettuare l’accesso non saranno pi\u00f9 consentite. Anche in questo caso, per\u00f2, \u00e8 stato istituito un lasso di tempo per la transizione<\/strong> e, dal 1 settembre 2021<\/strong>, non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 consentito l’accesso con il sistema che verr\u00e0 dismesso.<\/p>\n

Tutti i professionisti<\/strong> per cui l’attivit\u00e0 lavorativa dipende anche dal libero accesso ai servizi INPS<\/strong> avrebbero dovuto dotarsi di credenziali SPID, CIE o CNS<\/strong> entro la fine di agosto<\/strong> per non avere interruzioni di operativit\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

L’obbligo di autenticazione<\/strong> tramite SPID<\/strong><\/a> ha, rispetto a quello con CIE e CNS<\/strong>, un sostanziale vantaggio<\/strong>. Quello della maggiore semplicit\u00e0 di utilizzo del servizio in quanto \u00e8 sufficiente disporre di un nome utente<\/strong>, una password<\/strong> ed un sistema di autenticazione a due fattori<\/strong> spesso fornito dall’ente che rilascia l’identit\u00e0 digitale. Per autenticarsi mediante il sistema CNS<\/strong> che quello CIE<\/strong>, invece, servono altri sussidi tecnici<\/strong> come i lettori di smart card<\/strong> e l’installazione di software o app<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Per generare il proprio SPID<\/strong><\/a> \u00e8 necessario che la CA<\/strong> (Certification Authority) o la LRA<\/strong> che lo eroga effettuino un riconoscimento facciale. I metodi <\/strong>sono due: in presenza<\/strong> e da remoto<\/strong>. Il riconoscimento in presenza<\/strong> deve avvenire negli uffici di chi rilascia il servizio, mentre mediante il riconoscimento da remoto<\/strong> tutto pu\u00f2 avvenire senza recarsi in nessun luogo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

Vediamo quali enti effettueranno il passaggio ed i vantaggi della
