The 2024 Top Workplaces for Remote Work award celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees cultivating exceptional remote working environments. ITHAKA earned the award based on employee feedback from the 2024 Energage Employee Engagement Survey. Results were evaluated by comparing ITHAKAns\u2019 responses to those at other, similarly sized companies and organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWe are so fortunate to have a high-performing distributed staff, who are dedicated to advancing our mission,\u201d said ITHAKA\u2019s President, Kevin Guthrie.\u00a0 \u201cWe have invested in tools and meaningful organizational values to enable our people to work collaboratively from anywhere to meet our goals, but it\u2019s our shared sense of purpose that motivates our work.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ITHAKA\u2019s employees agree that mission is a critical factor in their job satisfaction, with 92% of respondents saying that they feel that their job is meaningful.
