Firebird Light Opera presents “Trial By Jury”
RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - Firebird Light Opera invites the community to Gilbert and Sullivan’s sparkling one-act operetta, “Trial by Jury.”
Astrīda Winterberg (Skeptical Juror) and Kevin Merkling (Counsel of the Plaintiff) stopped by Morning Break to share how “laughter, wit and comic mischief are guaranteed as the verdict is delivered in true (Gilbert and Sullivan) fashion but with a wild west twist!”
Witness the hilarity as love and the law collide in the most musical court case of the century. Then following the operetta, you are cordially invited to join FLO for more music and merriment at a jubilant wedding reception for the happy new opera couple! A lively wedding celebration featuring karaoke with surprises, games and dancing, with food and drink available for purchase.
