Ramp's spend report on AI-native GTM software is out, and 11x is #1 in enterprise adoption. Enterprises are the hardest part of the market to win because they don't buy hype. They buy outcomes. Ramp Rate is built from anonymized procurement data pulled from twelve months of actual budget movement across thousands of companies. It measures where companies actually decide to spend, renew, and double down. A 40% enterprise adoption rate means some of the companies running the most complex GTM motions in the world are building their pipeline on our digital workers, Alice and Julian. Thank you to our growing list of enterprise customers who trust us everyday to accelerate their growth. These are the teams whose feedback raises the bar on digital workers. We’re excited for all there is to come! 🌟

Excited to announce the first (of many) podcasts coming from the GTM Council, hosted by Andy Mowat and myself, where leading practitioners and founders get into the AI questions GTM leaders are wrestling with right now. This first episode is from our Agentic SDR/BDR series, and features Prabhav Jain from 11x. New episodes releasing every week...

I’ve spent 15+ years building and scaling sales teams at Dropbox, Front, and Clearbit. Over time, you develop a feel for when something feels truly different. This one does. I'm joining 11x as VP of Sales. I walked into the first meeting with them expecting another "AI for sales" story. I walked out realizing how much was already possible and how differently the GTM teams of the future would operate. These are autonomous digital workers that create leverage for human teams. They generate real pipeline, run outbound, scale personalized marketing, qualify demand and book meetings at companies like Xerox, Checkr, and UST. Today. In production. At scale. It forces you to rethink some pretty core assumptions about how GTM teams operate: how you build pipeline, how you cover a territory, how you measure efficiency. We're hiring quickly to keep up with the demand we’re seeing: → AEs who can run complex, multi-threaded deals as we continue expanding our lead upmarket → CSMs who own the full customer journey as a strategic partner to C-level buyers → GTM strategists who want to build the playbook the rest of the market copies $80M raised and backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Benchmark. If you want to be early on one of the biggest shifts in GTM in a decade, I’d love to talk. DMs are open.

💭 Hours of research behind every email. A two-person team selling a new category to enterprise HR, with leads coming in faster than the team could follow up. Workera is an AI-first skills intelligence platform helping enterprises measure and develop workforce skills. They’re building a category that isn’t established, which means every outbound touchpoint has to educate, not just a pitch. Before Alice, the team was using AI to support writing but still spending hours on research and sequencing. For a lean team telling a nuanced story to enterprise buyers, the manual process created a hard ceiling on how many prospects they could reach. Alice now runs cold outbound across enterprise accounts with personalized sequences built for individual HR and L&D leaders. Signals feed a human dialer for targeted follow-up. From flagged account to live sequence in under 30 minutes. The impact: ✅ 2.4x lift in outbound-sourced pipeline ✅ 10% lift in engaged prospects ✅ 80 SDR hours reallocated to high-value work monthly ✅ 2x increase in outbound capacity With Alice running outbound, the team moved SDRs into higher-leverage roles. One became a mid-market AE. Another became a campaign manager. Less sequencing, more closing. "What we're doing is telling Workera's story at scale. 11x is how we make that happen at a volume we couldn't reach before." — John Clary, Growth Engineering Manager, Workera Check out their story below. 👇

🌟 11x just wrapped up an incredible few days at The Millennium Alliance Transformational CRO Assembly in Houston, Texas. We had a great time hosting a packed roundtable on the pipeline coverage crisis and how CROs are closing the gap between targets and capacity in the age of AI. The same three problems kept surfacing across the room: → Cross-sell into existing accounts is the universal untapped play, and most teams still don't have a motion for it. → Speed-to-lead is still measured in days. One leader described form fills getting emails instead of calls. → Nobody wants another tool. The teams we talked to aren't looking to add to the stack. They want to replace it. These are the exact problems 11x is solving. Good brisket. Even better conversations. We're excited to keep the momentum going with more conversations with GTM leaders at events this year!

📬 $250K/year on an agency. Manual emails that took 10 minutes each. No bandwidth for anything beyond inbound. Leica Biosystems is part of Danaher Corporation, a $140B global science and technology company. With inbound qualification maxing out the team, they felt stuck. Re-engagement campaigns, nurture, and outbound into new verticals were all on the backlog indefinitely. They needed a different model. Alice now runs their full-funnel GTM motion: inbound qualification, closed-lost revival, nurture, and outbound into verticals the team couldn't touch before. Personalized emails in German, French, Italian, Spanish, all from one system. The results: ✅ $4M pipeline generated ✅$118K+ saved annually ✅ 9.7% reply rate (nearly 2x industry average) One deal the team had completely written off? Alice brought it back with automated follow-up. Closed for $23K. "We've proven with 11x that AI can maintain our qualification rates while improving efficiency and scale. Alice has led to real results for us." — Benoit Helary, Digital Marketing Director Full story in comments below. 👇

Just wrapped my first month at 11x. I knew I was in for a change of pace, but here's what I didn't expect: Before joining, I felt pretty good about this new paradigm of agentic coding. I'd used Cursor, was familiar with Claude Code and even dipped my toes into using Git Worktrees. That baseline skillset quickly faded. The way this team builds is on another level — and it forced me to level up fast. But the devex here is so good that I shipped my first PR on day one and 50+ in my first month. The engineering team is the strongest I've been around. Period. High bar, fast pace, zero ego. Everyone is committed to winning, so problems get raised and solved fast. No politics, no posturing — just a team that wants to build the best product. We are ruthless about velocity. We've recognized that AI unlocks a whole new paradigm of efficiency gains — so much can be made autonomous now. From internal agentic workflows that monitor and act without human intervention, to engineering practices that eliminate friction at every step. Building actual agentic systems every day has rewired how I think about software entirely. This isn't AI sprinkled on top of a product. It's the product. And the technical challenges are some of the most interesting problems in software right now. The future of this field is incredibly interesting, and I feel fortunate to be working at the bleeding edge. 11x is building AI SDRs and I'm increasingly convinced this company is going to win big. The mission is clear, the team is elite, and the product is real. Excited to see where this goes. Month one down 🎉

📩 Launch Sequence Episode 14: Smart Replies Many AI outreach tools will celebrate getting you replies. Then leave you to manually respond to all of them. Your rep is in a meeting. The follow-up gets delayed. The prospect goes cold. The deal dies. 11x's Smart Replies fixes this. Alice categorizes every reply automatically based on patterns from thousands of campaigns: ✅ Information requests ✅ Product questions ✅ Meeting requests ✅ Objections You define what happens next: reply, no reply, or escalate. Give Alice instructions and she drafts the response. Test it first. Simulate threads. Review drafts. Or turn on auto-reply and let Alice handle it end-to-end. Your outbound doesn't stop at the reply anymore. ⚡️ Live now. Link to try it out in the comments.
