Most of what a business workflow does is deciding, and TypeSafe AI's Jev is the first model built to decide rather than write. Jev returns a typed decision with a calibrated confidence score in 70 to 500 milliseconds, at $0.042 per million input tokens. Our teams have run it across semantic classification, document routing and answer scoring, and it delivers fast, structured decisions at a cost and latency no LLM was going to reach. One of our clients, a leader in the insurtech space, is transforming its entire SDLC around an agentic, pod-based delivery framework. Rather than treating AI SDLC adoption as a moonshot for overnight transformation, they’ve wrapped existing engineering workflows in a custom harness designed and tuned for their pods. It’s something we’re building upon progressively, with learning. The results are tangible. So far, we’ve successfully scaled from initial pilots to 6–7 active production pods with the target state AI SDLC in operation, with a strategic roadmap to expand to all 40+ pods within the organization. The goal is 100% agentic code generation by the end of the year, fundamentally shifting the role of their engineers from manual work to more judgement and SDLC governance.
