Congratulations to our high school seniors! We are proud to celebrate this group as they reach graduation and take the next step in their careers. Some have already signed on with Ace, while others will be starting their careers with us after graduation. Each of them have gained valuable hands-on experience, shown commitment to learning the electrical trade, and taken an important step toward building a strong future. We are excited to welcome and continue supporting them as part of the Ace family. Congratulations, seniors! We look forward to seeing all that you will accomplish. This National Apprenticeship Week, we’re proud to recognize the hardworking electrical apprentices who are investing in their future through Ace University’s Apprentice Program, as well as other programs within our industry. These employees are building more than careers — they are building the knowledge, skill, and confidence needed to help power the future of our industry. We were excited to welcome students from Crisp County High School to Ace Engineering & Fabrication for a firsthand look at how our facility supports electrical work in the field. During their visit, students were able to see how planning, coordination, and prefabrication all play an important role in helping our project teams work safer, smarter, and more efficiently on jobsites. From learning how materials and assemblies are prepared before they ever reach the field to seeing the craftsmanship and innovation behind the process, the visit offered a valuable look into the many moving parts that help power our work. Early exposure to the electrical trade is so important because it helps students better understand the wide range of career opportunities available in our industry. Experiences like this can spark interest, build awareness, and show young people that there are rewarding pathways in construction that go far beyond what they may see every day. #AceElectric #AceEngineeringAndFabrication #WorkforceDevelopment #SkilledTrades #ElectricalConstruction #CareerExploration #FutureOfTheTrade #StudentVisit #CommunityImpact #People #Craftsmanship #Innovation

We’re proud to congratulate Cash Redman, QCx Project Engineer with our Ohio Division, on being named an IEC Foundation Scholarship winner for the third year in a row—an incredible accomplishment that reflects both his dedication to the electrical construction trade and the impact he continues to make through his hard work and commitment. This scholarship recognizes apprentices who thoughtfully share what the trade has meant to them, how they entered the industry, and the ways it has influenced their lives and their families. Earning this honor once is impressive. Earning it three years running speaks volumes about Cash’s character, work ethic, and the pride he takes in his career. Cash brings Ace Electric’s mission to life by exemplifying safety, quality, and urgency in all he does while continuing to grow, learn, and invest in his future. His journey is a great example of how the electrical trade creates real opportunities—not only for individual success, but for building a better future for the people who depend on us most. Congratulations, Cash, on this well-deserved recognition. We’re proud to have you on the Ace Electric team and excited to see all that’s ahead for you. #AceElectric #IECFoundation #ScholarshipWinner #Apprenticeship #ElectricalTrade #SkilledTrades #WorkforceDevelopment #MissionInAction #People #Quality #Safety #Urgency #FutureOfTheTrade
