  • Today marks the start of a month dedicated to slowing down, checking in with ourselves, and prioritizing our mental well‑being. As we head into the weekend, it’s a good moment to pause, breathe, and reset. In a world that moves quickly, it’s okay not to have every answer or every next step mapped out. What matters is giving yourself the space to move at a pace that strengthens your sense of health, wholeness, and hope.

Congratulations to Adventist Health's first-ever graduation of LAUNCH! What began as an idea to expand opportunity, build skills, and invest in talent has officially become a reality with the wrap of this first cohort. 33 Participants completed 25 hours of healthcare exploration, including hands-on activities, panels with healthcare professional, and introductions to a wide range of healthcare careers and concepts. I’m incredibly proud of our graduates and grateful to the instructors (Ariel Armanino, Nehemiah Sitler and Noelle Del Carmen), partners at WE Will! Workforce & Education K16 Collaborative and Capital One, and front-line team members who helped bring this program to life. This graduation goes beyond completing LAUNCH Explore and signals the start of new career pathways, ongoing growth, and momentum for what comes next. Congratulations to our LAUNCH graduates at Adventist Health Lodi Memorial. Your future is just getting started, and we can’t wait to see where you go next. #LAUNCH #GraduationDay #WorkforceDevelopment #CareerPathways #FirstCohort #FutureReady

  • Investing in our communities means investing in the next generation of healthcare professionals. We had the privilege of hosting students from two local high schools for a LAUNCH Blitz Healthcare Career Day — an immersive, hands‑on introduction to careers in healthcare. Students rotated through interactive stations, gaining firsthand exposure to a wide range of roles that support patient care — from clinical careers to the operational and support teams that keep a health system running every day. For many, this experience marked their first time in a professional healthcare setting, offering a meaningful opportunity to see themselves in these roles and imagine future possibilities. Thank you to our team members who volunteered their time to mentor, educate, and inspire.

  • At Adventist Health Castle, we're proud of the care our surgical teams provide to our community, and we're currently seeking experienced OR Registered Nurses to join that work. Our OR nurses work closely with physicians, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to prepare patients for surgery, support them throughout procedures, and ensure each experience is safe and coordinated from start to finish. Their skill, attention to detail, and teamwork make a meaningful difference for patients and families every day. • National Doctors’ Day is an important observance when we recognize the critical role that our providers have in contributing to the health and well-being of our communities. We are grateful for the dedication and commitment of our doctors to inspire health, wholeness, and hope.
