Not every crew works in the same closure every day. That's usually when the questions start. Where does this cable go? How is this supposed to seal? How do these trays work? One thing I like about the AFL Apex® Splice Closure is once you get into it, the layout makes sense. You're not fighting it, trying to figure out where everything belongs. And if it's your first one, or it's just been a while, that's where the AFL Virtual Buddy App comes in handy. Pull up the installation video or product information right there and keep going. You shouldn't have to install something from memory just because you've installed it before. Sometimes you just need to see it again. #AFLpartner #FiberConstruction #OSP #FiberSplicing #VirtualBuddy

🔥 Women in Manufacturing po raz pierwszy w Europie. Proud to have Steven Murray, Trade Export Manager, represent AFL at the recent EACC Carolinas' Taste of Fútbol event and share insights on workforce engagement and building strong communities. ⚽

⚽ What happens when you bring together fútbol, business, talent, and community? A Taste of Fútbol! Last Thursday, EACC Carolinas brought members, friends, business leaders, and community partners together at the brand-new GE Vernova Park at BridgeWay Station for an evening of connection, conversation, and, of course, fútbol. ⚽️ We explored an important question: How can sports and community engagement help businesses attract, engage, and retain talent, including international talent and their families? Our panel brought incredible perspectives: 🎤 Paula Fulghum, President, InnovateHR, shared thoughts on loyalty, generational change, and what matters to employees in a world where AI is transforming the workplace. She also highlighted how soccer brings families together and can even shape the family schedule! 🎤 Adolph Lanza, Vice President & Commercial Plant Manager, Bosch, challenged us to think about what employers can do better to create stronger employee experiences and communities. 🎤 Steven Murray Murray, Trade Export Manager, AFL, spoke about community engagement, creating a great place to work, attracting talent, and how initiatives such as AFL’s new vacation policy can make a difference. 🎤 Jason Reagan, Gas Value Stream General Manager, GE Vernova, highlighted partnerships and community engagement beyond the workplace, including soccer activities that bring employees, families, and friends together. A huge thank you to our moderator, Vanessa Gongora, Senior Director of Community, Greenville Triumph, for helping bring this event together and guiding such a thoughtful conversation. We truly appreciate your time, energy, and care! 👏⚽️ We are very grateful to: 🙏 Our EACC Carolinas - European American Chamber of Commerce - Carolinas Board Members Francois Masbou, Larry Miller, Adolph Lanza, Howard Daniel, and Marcel Summermatter for their presence and continued support. 🙏 Sabina, cindy gillanders, Camden, and Luke Brusseau for helping bring the event together and making the evening such a success. 🙏 Our members, EACC friends, guests, and community partners for showing up and contributing to the conversation. 🙏 Wallace Cheves and Zach Prince for being part of the evening and supporting this initiative. And a special thank you to the Greenville Triumph SC and GE Vernova Park team for welcoming us, giving us a behind-the-scenes look at the stadium, and helping create such a memorable setting. The night reminded us that building a strong business community is about creating connections, building belonging, and helping people and their families feel at home in the community. ⚽️💚 Ashley Prickett Cuttino Hank Hyatt John Kimbrell John Lummus Mark Farris Samuel Konduros Taylor Illsley Trey Pennington, JD, IMBA Erika Montandon #EACCCarolinas #TasteOfFútbol #GreenvilleSC #InternationalBusiness #UpstateSC #TogetherWeTriumph
