Last week was one for the books. We had an amazing guest speaker, Brandie join us who really dug into how our brains work - especially that fight-or-flight response and how much our thinking shapes our reality. The big takeaway: what we focus on tends to become the outcome. We wrapped up the week the right way, hanging out and watching football at one of our new favorite spots, Walk-On’s at The Battery.
