This year’s program featured keynote speaker Dan “Uecker” Baxter, a retired U.S. Naval Aviator and former squadron commander. Dan reframed safety from rule-following to shared commitment, challenging us to build teams that choose safety every day.

  • The Williams Crossing Pedestrian Bridge continues to gain national recognition, including the AISC/NSBA Bridge of the Year award. Delivered in collaboration with Ruby + Associates, the project reflects a partnership that has spanned decades, supporting complex bridge work. That collaboration dates back to early efforts such as the emergency replacement of the Grosse Ile Toll Bridge swing span and continues to evolve today to meet the needs of the communities these structures serve.
