📣 AGI is pleased to welcome Eric Hare as our new Chief Operating Officer of AGI Secure, reporting directly to Jared Azcuy, CEO of the AGI Group. Eric brings nearly four decades of leadership experience across global security, aviation, defense technology, and operational strategy. Prior to joining AGI, he served as CEO and Co-Founder of Global K9 Companies, where he scaled the organization to more than 700 employees operating across the United States and Europe while supporting aviation and critical infrastructure operations worldwide. He also previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Talon Aerolytics and has worked closely with federal agencies and national security stakeholders throughout his career. In addition to his executive leadership experience, Eric is a retired United States Army Infantry Officer with 27 years of military service, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. As AGI Secure continues to grow, Eric’s leadership and operational expertise will play an important role in advancing our capabilities and supporting the future of One AGI. Behind the scenes of one of the biggest flower operations in air cargo history! 🌸✈️ From unloading avianca aircraft on the ramp to sorting and packaging millions of flowers inside the warehouse, AGI teams across MIA worked around the clock to keep the operation moving during the busy Mother’s Day season. The result? A record breaking 21 million kilos handled, 334 flights supported, and zero operational delays attributed to AGI handling. AGI CEO Jared Azcuy, alongside AGI leadership, recently visited Miami International Airport to oversee avianca cargo's 2026 Mother’s Day flower operation during one of the busiest cargo periods of the year! 🌸✈️ The operation concluded as the largest Mother’s Day flower season in Avianca’s history. Initial projections anticipated 19 million kilos over the three week period before later being adjusted to 17 million kilos. The operation ultimately surpassed all expectations, finishing with a record breaking 21 million kilos handled!! Throughout the peak period, AGI successfully supported 334 flights with zero operational delays attributed to AGI handling, reflecting the tremendous coordination, planning, and execution demonstrated across the operation.
