A venture-backed A&D startup in the DFW area is developing fixed-wing UAV platforms for government and commercial applications. The team is focused on scalable systems built around operational reliability, manufacturability, and rapid deployment. They are hiring a Propulsion Engineer to lead integration of piston-powered propulsion systems across multiple UAV platforms, owning work across engine installation, cooling, fuel systems, flight testing, and operational validation. Work across aircraft architecture and hands-on hardware development as the platforms move from prototype through production.
