Today, change outpaces standardization. The playbook cannot be written fast enough. Nobody knows what works. Not agencies, not consultants, not the people who built the tools. Industrialization removed the conditions under which human judgment develops. AI is now forcing organizations to make that same choice again—at a higher level, with less room to recover.
