For our latest What's in Store in London, we hosted an evening with Noted. Aromas and eComplete Group built around personalization. Guests stepped into fragrance consultations, had bottles engraved, and saw what it looks like when every detail is considered. 💐 What carried through the room: → CRM is a performance channel and deserves to be treated like one → CRM and social are stronger together than they are apart → The brands that stand out know what their customers are drawn to and follow that signal And yes... it smelled incredible.
