Great energy and even stronger signals coming out of the Microsoft 365 Community Conference. What stood out to me wasn’t just the pace of innovation. It was the clarity of direction. Microsoft made it clear: we are shifting from Copilot as a helpful assistant to agentic AI as an active coworker. We're talking about AI capable of reasoning, acting, and operating responsibly across real business workflows. To make that happen, governance, security, and trust have to be front and center. That message connects directly to how we are operating. As highlighted in a recent Microsoft Source story, Accenture and Avanade are officially scaling Microsoft 365 Copilot to 743,000 of our people and building Agents to transform how we sell, deliver, and operate. The future of work is being shaped right now. Success won’t be defined by the technology alone, but by responsible design, strong governance, and bold leadership.
