Corey the Bear 🐻 made his debut high atop Mount Sempre Avanti today and our KC Region leaders absolutely rose to the moment! 🥹 I’m incredibly proud of the space we created together. For over an hour, we opened our minds, leaned into vulnerability, shared tears and laughs, and truly explored the personal core values that shape how we lead, show up, and support our teams. A company can define its core values, but it’s the people in the seats who bring them to life. ‼️ Every leader carries their own story, lived experiences, and personal compass into the work they do. When individuals understand their personal core values, they’re better equipped to interpret, embody, and execute the company’s values with authenticity. That alignment is where real culture is built. What made this session truly special was hearing from some of the strongest voices in the room. These voices that are often quiet, observant, and taking everything in, but today they stepped forward with honesty and purpose, and their perspectives elevated the entire conversation. Hearing it was the best meeting they’ve ever attended and just how many people were so proud of themselves for stepping outside of their comfort zone was the most empowering thing to hear and feel. ✨ Core value work isn’t just an activity; it’s a mirror. And today our leaders were willing to look inward, share openly, and learn from one another in a way that felt powerful, grounded, and deeply connected.
