  • The 2026 legislative session reinforced something we already know:  𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙙𝙫𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙤𝙩𝙖 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨. Throughout session, Minnesota community bankers helped shape conversations on issues impacting small businesses, agriculture, housing, digital assets, and the future of community banking – both in St. Paul and Washington, D.C. From committee testimony and grassroots outreach to federal advocacy and relationship-building with lawmakers, this work mattered. 🩵 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 who show up, stay engaged, and help ensure community banking perspectives remain part of the conversation. It looks like your bank is calling. It’s not. Phone spoofing lets scammers make it appear like First State Bank of Rosemount is calling you—even when it’s not us. If someone asks for: ❌ Your PIN ❌ Your online banking login ❌ A one-time passcode Hang up immediately. Then call us directly using the number you trust. Don’t trust the caller ID. Verify it. #FraudAlert #PhoneScam #StayProtected #BankLocal

What does it take to build trust when you’re not focused on conversion? Join us June 24-26 at the PRSA Midwest District Conference for “Connection Over Conversion: Trust-Driven Communication for Service-Based Organizations,” featuring Karina Wiatros, MBC, Vice President, Director of Marketing & Communications at BankIn Minnesota. For associations, nonprofits and B2B brands, it’s not about quick wins. It’s about showing up consistently, building credibility and actually connecting with the people you’re trying to reach. This session explores how to adapt big-brand strategies to a service-based world, and how to think about success beyond the usual short-term metrics. Because at the end of the day, trust isn’t something you capture. It’s something you build over time. Register today: https://lnkd.in/ghqBxNg5
