  • Last fall, we launched Betches Style as the antidote to the classic “what do I wear” dilemma, delivered with our signature wit, honesty, and the real-life advice you’d expect from your best friend while you're having a mid-fitting room meltdown. We’re keeping up that energy with our new original series Style Therapy, where the girlies can lie back on the metaphorical couch and unpack their fashion struggles with a celebrity “style therapist” to diagnose fashion dilemmas, prescribe outfit fixes, and work through some deep wardrobe issues—no copay required. We tapped the inimitable and iconic Jenna Lyons (naturally) to serve as this season’s resident style therapist. She’s weighing in on the staples you actually need in your closet, the trends she’s officially over, and how to properly mix patterns without looking like you got dressed in the dark. A huge shout out to our Style Director, Madeline Galassi - the brilliant mind behind the Betches Style vision. Make sure you’re following Betches Style (we dropped the link in the comments) and let us know: who should our next style therapist be?

As the dust settles from the Miami GP I’m doing some reflecting on the road that got me here. When I left B/R I didn’t know if I’d ever get to cover sports up close and with the same level of access ever again. I figured that chunk of my career might be behind me. Instead, within less than two years, Betches Sports has grown into a brand that is invited to show up to the highest tier events in the sports world and can hold our own with heavy hitting, legacy media brands. I say it all the time, but building and managing this brand is not a responsibility that I take lightly. Thank you to F1 Miami Grand Prix and to the brands who gave us a chance to show up in myriad ways this weekend. (Chivas Regal, American Express, Red Bull) We’re just getting started.

Last week, we hosted our first-ever Obsessed dinner series, because 15 years of running the internet deserved a real celebration. Our founder & CEO Aleen Dreksler said what we all know: funny women didn't just have a moment, they sparked a cultural revolution. We gathered our favorite partners for an evening of candid convos about what we're obsessed with, hot takes on the creator economy, building communities on and offline, and obviously a very heated round of Red Flag / Green Flag with U Up?’s Jordana Abraham and Jared Freid. Here's what we walked away with: - If creator content isn't authentic to the creator, it's already dead on arrival - Women are busy, so if you're going to show up for her, make it intentional (and make her laugh) - Nobody moves women like Betches does — we don't just reach her, we're in her group chat - Simply put? We're obsessed with funny women What a night! 🥂

  • With 15 years under our belt, 2026 marks an important chapter in our evolution into a full-scale entertainment powerhouse. Betches is a space where creators feel at home, brands find a voice to connect directly with culture, and our audience finds community and, of course, laughter. Our CEO and Founder, Aleen Dreksler, sat down with Cynthia Littleton on Variety's Strictly Business podcast, pulling back the curtain on our evolution from an anonymous blog to redefining the future of entertainment for women. Their conversation covers everything from Betches’ origin story to –    👉 Mastering social-first entertainment before the creator economy existed 👉 Lifting the next generation of female comedians 👉 Why shareability is the ultimate metric 👉 Why we’re going deep on sports for women https://lnkd.in/eBsDamVj We dropped a link to the episode in the comments – you won’t want to miss this!

From college blog to cultural force. At Marketecture Live III, Aleen Dreksler, Co-founder and CEO of Betches Media, breaks down how Betches built a brand that women actually see themselves in. It all comes down to understanding real experiences, leading with humor, showing up where audiences already spend time, and staying culturally relevant in a way traditional advertising rarely achieves.
