Culture isn’t claimed. It’s felt. And more importantly, it’s measured. Every year, we take a step back and listen, really listen, to the teams who power our business every single day. Through our company-wide engagement survey, we assess our culture, our connection, and how well we’re showing up for them. This year, that feedback told a powerful story. We’re proud to be recognized by goHappy, alongside other incredible brands, as having some of the “Happiest Frontline Employees.” This recognition reflects a 75%+ favorable engagement score and reflects the experience our teams are having with us. This means a lot to us. This milestone confirms that our culture and workplace values are intentionally built and that we will continue to invest in them. A culture rooted in connection, communication, and empathy. As our Chief People Officer, Belinda Kyle, shared: “Staying connected to our frontline team members is essential to our culture. goHappy helps us celebrate milestones, share important updates, and hear directly from our people, which helped us achieve over 75% engagement across our teams.” Recognition is meaningful, but the real reward is knowing our teams feel heard, valued, and engaged.

In the food industry (and let’s be honest…most industries), staying with one company for more than a few years is pretty rare. So when someone celebrates 25 years...that’s not just a milestone…that’s something to be celebrated. 🎉 Meet Phi. Phi started working for our founder, the late Maurice Jennings, and has been part of the Biscuitville Fresh Southern story for 25 years. She’s seen it all, from just a handful of restaurants to the 87 locations we’re proud of today. Through it all, she’s been a steady, smiling reminder of who we are and where we came from. Moments like this matter. They remind us that behind every biscuit, every guest interaction, and every bit of growth…are people like Phi who make it all possible. Here she is with one of our third-generation family members, Blake Jennings, Chief Development Officer, a pretty special full-circle moment. Join us in celebrating Phi and 25 incredible years!
