Lucid Motors and Bolt are partnering to accelerate autonomous mobility across Europe, with plans to develop and deploy at least 25,000 autonomous Lucid vehicles in the years ahead.   Combining Lucid's software-defined vehicle platform, Bolt's operating infrastructure and mobility expertise, and NVIDIA Hyperion technology, we're building a solution designed to rapidly scale manufacturing and deployment across the continent. It marks a major step towards our goal of having 100,000 autonomous vehicles on the Bolt platform by 2035. How are you getting home? It’s a question behind so many nights out, often asked before the plans are even made. The data shows how much travel impacts night-time culture: 👉 57% of 18–24-year-olds in our UK polling say they would go out more often if getting home were easier. 👉 Over 25% of all UK Bolt trips take place during night-time economy hours, from 6 PM to 6 AM. That’s why Bolt is now the exclusive ride-hailing partner of 16 UK music and live entertainment venues operated by Academy Music Group and Live Nation Entertainment. When a show ends, getting home safely and conveniently should be the easiest part of a great night, in the UK and in every city we serve. Mobility should work for everyone. Not just some. This year's EUROPEAN MOBILITY WEEK theme is a timely reminder: maintaining mobility for all isn't just an aspiration. It's something cities need to actively design for. At Bolt, we're backing that goal with research. Through our Sustainable Urban Transitions Lab, we're working with cities to build truly multimodal systems — ones that are tailored to the full diversity of people who live, work, and move through them. Our VP of Policy Affairs, Eirini Zafeiratou, explains what that looks like in practice on our blog: https://lnkd.in/eWdSsrYV

“I applied for the job as a joke.” That’s what one designer told us before moving to Tallinn. 🇪🇪 He wasn’t the only skeptic: One thought Estonia was in Africa. One wondered, “What am I actually going to do there?” One had never even stepped foot in the country. And one fell in love on a 2-day visit, but never imagined living here. Fast forward to today: all 5 are designing products for millions of users at Bolt. What made them take the leap? 👉 Work that matters: Designing features that impact real daily movement. 👉 Culture fit: Joining teams that value autonomy over bureaucracy. 👉 Lifestyle upgrade: A seaside capital with 15-minute commutes and zero clutter. 👉 Room to breathe: Trading burn-out for balance, nature, and actual personal space. Is it all perfect? No. They’ll be the first to tell you about the pitch-black winters, missing family, and starting a social life from scratch. But their main advice? You don't need 100% certainty to make a life-changing move. Our latest campaign is made from 30,000 pieces of content. But none of it was made by us. You Won’t Find This At Home encourages people to step outside: to discover new places, connect with people, and turn experiences into memories. After all, no good story ever started with “I stayed home.” So, instead of telling people what they might find out there, we built the campaign from what people had already found. We sourced the content from our customers and employees and turned it into 17 local campaigns, each with its own footage, music and nuances. Here’s one of them, from our home turf in Estonia. 🇪🇪 Thank you to everyone who contributed. Keep going out and doing things. And we’ll keep getting you there.

Londoners make 1.5 million bike trips daily. As Bolt continues to grow across the city — across both four wheels and two — keeping street safety front and centre is essential. We're supporting Transport for London's campaign to highlight the Highway Code and making sharing the road safer for everyone. A quick reminder for the road: 👉 Drivers: Give riders plenty of space (at least 1.5m) and check blind spots before turning. 👉 Cyclists: Stay visible, hold a predictable line, and stop at red lights. 👉 Everyone: Keep your head up, stay patient, and share the street. 1,296,000 seconds. 360 hours. 45 days. 2 months. 1 internship. Over the past two months, 51 interns stepped straight into engineering, finance, legal, sustainability, people, compliance, and communications. A few of their wins included turning multi-day audits into 30-minute runs, upgrading core tools for thousands of employees, and building stronger fraud defenses. They leave behind stronger systems, endless stories, plenty of kohuke wrappers, and friendships that extend far beyond the summer. To our 2026 cohort: thank you for asking direct questions, tackling complex problems without hesitation, and bringing serious energy to Bolt HQ every day 💚 This chapter is officially wrapped, but we can't wait to see what you build next. 🚀 #lifeatbolt #earlycareers

Be more like Pippi: fearless, curious and always ready to try something new, without letting overthinking get in the way. That was the underlying takeaway at WiseTalks: Women in Tech, hosted at Wise Tallinn office. Five speakers from across the Tallinn tech ecosystem stepped up to skip the fluff and share real talk on growth: 👉 Olga (Engineering Manager, Bolt) on visibility without performing—how to let your impact speak without pretending to be someone else. 👉 Iremsu (ML Engineer, Pipedrive) on what building GenAI teaches you about ownership, judgment, and steering through uncertainty. 👉 Iya (Data Scientist, Wise) on building resilience, taking space, and backing your own numbers. 👉 Susanna (Senior Program Manager, Bolt) on building confidence through execution and reps—not waiting for it to show up. 👉 Tania (Product Manager, Wise) on taking the wheel on who actually gets to shape product vision. Different roles, different companies, same core lesson: real growth doesn't happen in a vacuum. It happens in rooms like this, through the honest stories you won't find in a job description. A few moments from the evening 📸👇 #womenintech #lifeatbolt

What if scooters could do more than just get people from A to B? What if they could help make cities more accessible? That's the core idea behind Wheels4Wheels. Together with accessibility advocates, mapping specialists and tech experts, we explored how sensors already built into scooters could identify what digital maps often miss: what a route is actually like for someone using a wheelchair. Is the pavement smooth enough for a wheelchair?  Is there a curb drop?  Does a seemingly accessible route suddenly become impossible to navigate? We put the idea to the test in Tallinn and the impact speaks for itself.  📍 8 city districts covered 📊 40.5 million data points were generated 📸 66,000+ surface ratings were recorded And importantly, the insights don't stay with Bolt. We are contributing this data directly to OpenStreetMap so cities, urban planners, developers and navigation services can build better, more inclusive routes for everyone. Wheels4Wheels proves that micromobility can do more than move people through cities. The movement itself can help us understand where our cities work, where they don’t, and how we can improve them together.   👉 See how everyday scooter journeys can help map more accessible cities: https://wheels4wheels.com/ Huge thanks to all the wheelchair users, accessibility advocates, mapping experts, and agency partners who brought this project to life.
