Omnichannel didn’t become the future of retail in 2025. It became the baseline. Customers no longer experience “channels.” They experience outcomes -- speed, relevance, consistency -- whether they’re shopping online, in-store, on social, or post-purchase. Looking ahead to 2026, three omnichannel marketing trends are defining which retail brands win: • Physical stores have fully converged with digital commerce, becoming fulfillment, loyalty, and engagement infrastructure • Personalization is now the foundation of omnichannel loyalty, powered by unified data and AI • Social commerce and retail media are turning omnichannel into “everywhere commerce,” collapsing the funnel entirely 📊 One stat really stands out: 33% of shoppers (and 43% of Gen Z) planned to use AI tools during their shopping journey in 2025. That’s 2x YoY growth. We break down what this shift means for growth, retention, and post-purchase engagement in our new ebook: “The 3 Omnichannel Marketing Trends Defining Retail in 2026.” If you’re responsible for marketing, CX, or retention in retail, this guide will help you understand what omnichannel really looks like AND what it takes to compete. 👉 Download the ebook now. Target has truly mastered the art of discovery, quickly becoming the #1 retail launch partner for emerging and digitally native brands This week alone, we saw three major DTC brands make their retail debut at Target: ButcherBox RYZE Mushroom Coffee Factor_ So what makes Target the go-to choice? 🛒 Shoppers come to explore (I def do) – Target customers enter with a discovery mindset, ready to find something new and exciting. 🤝 Win-win partnerships – Brands drive traffic through marketing, Target provides the platform. Both parties benefit from this collaboration. 🏬 Designed for discovery – Well-lit stores, clean layouts, wide aisles. The physical environment encourages browsing and importantly lingering. 🔄 The reinforcing cycle – Consumers expect new products at Target → Target delivers → Discovery mindset strengthens → More brands want to launch there. Boom, there you go!

Lately we’ve been thinking a lot about Shopify brands that are retail-first, especially CPG brands selling through grocery, specialty retail or wholesale (not DTC checkout). That list also includes alcohol brands that do various popup activations. A lot of great brands are on Shopify but aren’t really “transacting online,” so the partner stack needs to look different. More focus on retail activation, data capture, loyalty and post-event follow-up. We already have strong partnerships with Brij, SPINS (Destini, MikMak, Lucky, WhereToBuy) and Subtotal. They’ve been great examples of tools that support retail-led growth. Looking to connect with tech partners who specialize in CPG and retail-first use cases. Drop a recommendation below or DM me.

When it comes to customer experiences, choosing build vs. buy isn’t just a technical decision; it’s a strategic one. Our latest blog breaks down why forward-thinking teams are choosing Brij over custom in-house builds. With Brij, brands can: ✨ Launch mobile-optimized experiences in minutes, not months 🔁 Experiment & iterate without engineering bottlenecks 📱 Engage customers where they actually interact 📊 Gain real first-party insights you can act on 🔗 Seamlessly sync data across your stack (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, and more) 🔒 Scale securely with production-grade compliance Take Babiators, for example. When the team moved from a homegrown system to Brij for optimized warranty experiences, they achieved a 50% scan-to-conversion rate. Don’t spend your team’s energy solving infrastructure problems. Focus on your product, brand, and customer experience instead. That’s where the real competitive edge lies. Dive into the full article to see why brands like Babiators, Gozney, and quip. choose Brij.👇

“We’re going to build it ourselves.” How many times have I heard that from founders and growth teams? My first question….so why haven’t you built it yet? I know the answer Because you have 1,000 other things you need to do (believe me, I get it) And even if you do build it yourself….you don’t know what great looks like… because you lack the benchmarks, the context, & the playbooks. And don’t get me wrong, DIY comes from the right place. You want control. You want ownership. You want to avoid vendor lock-in. But here’s what I’ve seen again and again: Building your own omnichannel growth platform feels “cheaper” at first, but it quickly becomes one of the longest, most expensive projects in your company’s history. Here’s what teams tell us they actually needed: 👉 Launch campaigns in minutes — not months 👉 Iterate fast without waiting on engineering 👉 Deliver mobile-first experiences that convert 👉 Unlock first-party data instead of siloed, second-hand reports 👉 Scale without rebuilding infrastructure every quarter That’s the Brij difference. We don’t just give you software, we give you: 🌟 Templates and flows that are proven to work 🌟 Analytics that tie scans / clicks → engagements → revenue 🌟 Centralized control so every SKU and campaign stays on brand 🌟 Support, strategy, and an experience engine - not another thing to maintain forever Brij is powering real omnichannel experiences at scale: 1.5M+ offline consumer profiles captured, 77M+ consumer experience engagements, 66% average quarterly consumer registration rate. To every marketer who’s asked, “Why not build it ourselves?” - I hear you. I’ve been there. But when we focus on where we create value, and stop building undifferentiated infrastructure, that’s when growth actually accelerates. 🚀 Curious — what’s the number one thing holding your team back from moving faster on customer experiences? 👇

For years, post-purchase experiences have existed in a gray area -- somewhere between marketing, support, and customer success. Once a customer buys, brands often lose visibility, context, and momentum at the exact moment it matters most. Customer Success teams know this pain well: ✅ Education resources exist ✅ Onboarding content exists ✅ Support documentation exists …but it’s scattered, disconnected, and hard for customers to find when they actually need it. With Brij, Customer Success teams can create a centralized, scalable post-purchase experience that helps customers: 📲 Learn how to use a product 🛠️ Access setup guides + manuals instantly 📝 Register warranties + products with ease 💬 Find FAQs and troubleshooting fast 📩 Share feedback and capture first-party data All without the heavy engineering lift. If you’re thinking about how to reduce friction, improve retention, and proactively protect brand reputation post-purchase, this one’s for you 👇 https://lnkd.in/epVmybbk

Ever heard of Cann? (I'm shocked if you haven't. 😂) Here's a marketing breakdown of exactly how Cann gained 23K rebate engagements just through minimizing friction in their customer experience. 👇🏼 Cann is a category-defining, micro-dosed cannabis drink with an incredibly loyal customer base. Amazing company.... but their former rebate vendor? It wasn’t keeping up with their growth. Here was the challenge Cann was faced with with: Their old rebate flow was clunky, slow, and impossible to track - with ZERO visibility into engagement or point-of-sale behavior. What they needed was a seamless experience customers would actually complete (Plus real-time analytics and automation that didn’t add work to their team!) Enter: Brij. ⚡️ Our team partnered with Cann to roll out a frictionless rebate engine built for scale: -SMS-powered entry -AI-verified receipt scanning -Instant instructions via text -Automated routing + payouts -A fully trackable, single dashboard And the best part? We launched it ALL in just 31 days. (Shoutout to our awesome engineering team) Once the new flow went live, the impact was seen even quicker. @cann saw: -60,000+ total engagements across their digital experiences (with 23,000 of those coming from rebate scans alone!) -30% of shoppers who scanned actually completed registration (a conversion rate most brands only dream about) And because we rebuilt more than just rebates, their new Brij-powered link in bio hub drove 20,000+ clicks in a SINGLE month. The impact? We helped Cann reach REAL visibility into how customers were shopping across retail, not just DTC. If you needed a sign to streamline your omnichannel marketing and remove friction from the customer experience... this is it. Curious about our strategy for Cann? Let's chat.

The overlap between being a mom and being a founder is unreal. And honestly, both made me better at the other. I used to separate “founder skills” from “mom skills.” Turns out, they’re the SAME skillset. Here’s proof that moms make great founders: - Clear communication: Kids force you to communicate simply and directly. At work, your whole team benefits from that exact same clarity. - Time efficiency: If you can get ten things done in a twenty minute window at home, you naturally run tighter, more focused calendars at work. - Adaptability: Plans change hourly with kids. Markets shift quarterly in startups. You learn to pivot fast in both spaces. - Crisis management: A meltdown in aisle 7 or a fire drill in ops... same muscle: stay calm, handle the moment, move everyone forward. - Prioritization: Motherhood forces clarity. You protect what matters, whether it’s mornings with your girls or only hiring for roles that actually move the business. - Boundaries: Saying “no, it’s bedtime” teaches you how to say “no, that’s not our priority this quarter.” The muscle is the same. - Pattern recognition: You start spotting the meltdown before it happens, and the revenue leak before it hits a dashboard. - Multi-threading: Dinner, quality time, hunting for a missing shoe… fundraising, hiring, product planning. Different contexts, same skillset. If you're a business leader and a parent, give me another example! What’s one skill you use in both roles?
