Meet Shelbie, Team Lead/Operations, Shelbie has been with Call4Health for 4 years and 10 months! Shelbie describes Call4Health as growth-focused, supportive, and compassionate. Shelbie was drawn to Call4Health as a way to step into the medical field, “I started in an entry-level role and worked my way up by gaining experience, building skills, and taking on more responsibility over time. What I enjoy most about working at C4H is being able to support both patients and agents. Helping patients feel cared for while also contributing to the growth and success of our agents is very rewarding.” One accomplishment she’s most proud of at C4H is successfully balancing and managing four different scheduling accounts while maintaining accuracy and quality. “To me, great patient service is going above and beyond to meet patients’ needs and making sure they feel heard and cared for.     Compassion in action 💙 This month, we’re celebrating Jamella for providing exceptional care and connection to every caller. Meet Jamella, Project Manager/Implementation Specialist, Jamella is about to be with Call4Health for 10 years! Jamella was hired as a switchboard PCR agent in 2016. Since then, she's had six positions and been able to work closely with multiple departments and see the impact Call4Health makes for the clients and their patients. Favorite memory at Call4Health: Being chosen to represent the Operations team by presenting at the Call4Health User Conference in 2019. She was chosen to speak about her success at Call4Health as well as the culture and how she contributes to it.     Compassion in action 💙 This month, we’re celebrating Gustavo for providing exceptional care and connection to every caller. Meet Gustavo, Director of Billing and Finance, Gustavo has been with Call4Health for 20 years. A memorable story from Call4Health: “Working during the hurricanes, we prepared the office to operate 24/7 so we could continue taking calls for all our clients. The entire team came together we grilled BBQs, brought in inflatable mattresses, stocked up on water, gas, and food, and made sure everything was ready. What could have been an incredibly stressful time turned into one of teamwork, resilience, and even fun. It truly showed what it means to work as one team with one purpose.” Favorite Memory at Call4Health: Moving to South Carolina to open our brand-new office in Columbia. "All the hard work, planning, and preparation paid off the day we officially opened and welcomed the new SC team. Seeing the excitement and pride on everyone’s faces was truly one of the most rewarding and memorable moments of my time at Call 4 Health."
