Capri Holdings offered an immersive four‑month co‑op experience exclusively to students in Rutgers University’s Supply Chain Management program, providing opportunities for both undergraduate and graduate students. Our Supply Chain teams play a critical role across our brands, and this exposure gave students a chance to see the work up close. The program provided hands-on experience in real-world supply chain operations, strategy, and innovation.   We’re proud of the work the students contributed and excited to continue working with those who have joined us full-time. #CapriTalent #CapriComunity

Through our ongoing partnership with Cristo Rey New York High School, we’re supporting students as they balance academics with real-world professional experience. The Corporate Work Study Program provides opportunities for mentorship, skill-building, and exposure that help prepare students for college and beyond. Earlier this month, our Shanghai office hosted a speaker series to mark International Day of Persons with Disabilities, featuring guest speaker Dai Dai. Dai Dai noted that her disability is just one aspect of who she is, not the defining feature of her identity. She described how, growing up with cerebral palsy, she balanced intensive rehabilitation with her education and went on to pursue a master’s degree in marketing in the UK. Today, as a creator on the social media sites Bilibili and RED (Xiaohongshu), she uses her presence to build connection and community among young people with cerebral palsy and their families across China. Her work demonstrates the power of representation, accessibility, and authentic storytelling. #CapriCommunity 

As part of our Connect at Capri Speaker Series, we came together last month for "From Newborn to Adulthood: The Evolving Demands of Parenting." Capri leaders shared how they’ve navigated different stages of parenthood while building their careers.   Jennifer Gurenlian, VP of HR Capri, captured the spirit of the conversation: “Being part of an organization that truly supports working parents is vital not only to being successful and productive at work, but also for the mental well-being of each working parent.”   Hosted by Parenthood@Capri ERG, the session featured Mary Lisa Idol, SVP, North America Wholesale, Jaime Wynn, President, Americas, Andrew Mizerik, VP of Production RTW, and was a reminder of how meaningful it is to be part of a community that values openness, support, and shared journeys.   #CapriCommunity #CapriTalent

Michael Kors recently celebrated the redesigned Rockefeller Center flagship store with a star-studded private viewing of the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting. It was a festive night on the town, starting with a visit to the store and a toast at the Jet Set Lounge, the new in-store café, and continuing across the plaza at the elegant Le Rock restaurant, where guests were treated to an extraordinary holiday experience.   Friends of the brand, including Zoey Deutch, Emma Roberts, Rachel Zegler, Christopher Briney, Barbara Palvin, Francesca Scorsese, Georgia Fowler and others, joined Michael Kors and team for cocktails, canapés and a private viewing of the tree lighting.
