Summer prep can feel like a full-time job. Gen Z: negotiates Summer Fridays with one confident calendar block. Millennials: sets a 5:55am alarm in January to secure a summer camp spot before the waitlist fills up. Sandwich Generation: ready for the beach fully equipped — towels, SPF, the works — only for their 76-year-old dad to show up in jeans. Which one are you heading into this season? 👇 PS: The “Sandwich Generation” refers to those who are “sandwiched” between caring for both their child(ren) and aging loved ones, usually their parent(s). If you’re in it, we’re with you and here to help.

Turtle and Gouda aren't just pets — they're family. 🐾 And when you travel as often as Div Balani and his wife do, finding reliable care for them isn't always easy. That's why backup pet care through Care Benefits has become Div's favorite work perk. When his regular sitter has a last-minute conflict, he knows exactly where to turn. No scrambling. No stress. Just the peace of mind that the pets you love are taken care of. That's what great benefits actually look like in real life. When it's not Div, it's Care.com 💚

Caregiving doesn’t follow a schedule, and for so many people, it’s part of every workday. It’s more common than we talk about. In fact, 52% of employees are part of the sandwich generation or will be in the future—caring for both a child and an aging loved one. Maybe it’s time we normalize it. The 2026 Future of Benefits Report takes a closer look at what this really means—and how workplaces can better support the people carrying it all. ➡️ Read more about the report here: https://bit.ly/4dM6Xkl

💸 Care is expensive…really expensive. The average parent is spending 20% or more of their annual income on child care and an additional 17% on caregiving to support seniors, pets, and housekeeping. No wonder support is top of mind. 📥 See how employers can help offset the burden: https://lnkd.in/dAPEqBQt

When it's your own parent, the stakes feel completely different. Jennifer Ross needed to find a caregiver for her elderly parents in rural upstate New York, and wasn’t sure it was even possible in their (very) small town. Stories like Jennifer's are exactly why Care Benefits matter. Our 2026 Future of Benefits Report found that 81% of employees are experiencing high or moderate caregiving-related stress, yet so many are still navigating it alone. Having the right support changes everything: for your team, for their families, and for their ability to show up at work. When it's not Jennifer, it's Care.com 💚

I had the privilege of being a small part of this story — and when I finally watched the finished video, I’ll be honest, it got me. Laura has been Ben’s nanny for years. She found his family on Care.com, and somewhere along the way, became part of it. Her own parents are now part of the Foglio family too. Ben lives with an ultra-rare disease. His parents Jessica and Mike have built the Salla Treatment and Research Foundation (STAR) to support families like theirs — and they’ll tell you that Laura’s care is part of what made that possible. This is why we do what we do. On Provider Appreciation Day, we surprised Laura with messages from the family she loves — and a little something to help her finish nursing school. To every caregiver showing up every day: thank you. We see you.
