On this year’s MLK Day of Service, the Carhartt teams across the US stepped up to work alongside Kids Coalition Against Hunger. Between Dearborn and RCV, 145 volunteers packaged over 30,000 meal kits for local community, disaster relief, and for families nationwide. Additionally, Carhartt retail stores and other facilities are holding food drives. We pride ourselves on working with like-minded organizations that provide us with the greatest opportunity to positively impact the next generation of workers.

Our friend Tristan Wirfs helped launch a brand-new Carhartt Kids’ Closet at Tampa General Hospital. Tristan is an All-Pro offensive tackle for the Buccaneers and a tremendous role model off the field. This closet will provide Carhartt gear to kids whose clothes are damaged during emergency treatment, and to those navigating extended or unexpected hospital stays.

In 2025, 322 Carhartt associates stepped up for their communities by giving 1,215 volunteer hours, supporting 15 community partners, donating more than 2,500 beanies, and coming together through team volunteer moments. Our local community is our top cause. We’re looking ahead to building on this momentum with even more volunteer impact in 2026.
