We had an incredible time at the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Summit in São Paulo last week! A huge shoutout to our Cayliens who took the stage to share their expertise and insights with the AWS community. And when we weren’t in the sessions, we were busy meeting new faces, catching up with the community, and talking all things cloud, AI, and innovation. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, joined a conversation, or shared the Summit with us. Until next time, São Paulo! 💙 #CaylentBrazil #CaylentBrasil

Better prompts can improve AI performance, but how do you know when a prompt is actually better? Amazon Bedrock Advanced Prompt Optimization automates prompt iteration with an evaluation-driven approach, generating model-specific candidates based on your workload and results. In our blog by Guille Ojeda, we put it to the test across Amazon Nova 2 Lite, Claude Sonnet 4.5, and Claude Haiku 4.5. Explore what we learned from the experiment, the trade-offs we uncovered, and what to consider before taking an optimized prompt to production. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is making more of the infrastructure needed for AI agents available as managed services. So what does that mean for organizations relying on an MSP? New capabilities across Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Managed Knowledge Base, Web Search, AWS Context, and AWS Continuum are reducing what providers need to build and maintain themselves, changing what organizations should expect from their MSP. Our latest blog explores what these new capabilities mean for your organization, what responsibilities still sit with your MSP, and what to consider as you evaluate the next evolution of agentic operations 👉 https://hubs.li/Q04w_zCl0

We’re proud to share that Caylent has been named in Fast Company’s Eighth Annual List of the Best Workplaces for Innovators in the Emerging Enterprise: 201–999 Employees category! "Everything we do at Caylent, we do so our customers can move faster. AI isn't a feature we bolted onto professional services; it's the foundation we build on. For years our teams kept hitting the same friction, so instead of accepting it, they solved it. That's how Caylent Accelerate went from an idea to how we operate. Staying dynamic and experimenting isn't optional for us; it's what lets us keep showing up better for the people we serve. This recognition tells us that bet was the right one.” - Val Henderson, Chief Executive Officer Thank you to our incredible team for continuing to challenge what’s possible and helping make Caylent a place where innovation can thrive at every level. 🚀 Learn more 👉 https://hubs.li/Q04wZy_p0

Every day, United Airlines depends on accurate Weight & Balance calculations to get 4,000 flights safely off the ground, and buried inside that operation was a system generating 30 million log events a day that engineers had to manually search through. United partnered with Caylent to turn that flood of data into actionable insights by building a generative AI platform using Amazon Bedrock that lets engineers simply ask questions in natural language and get answers pulled from millions of logs in seconds, allowing them to resolve questions faster, spend less time manually investigating data, and get back to building better experiences for travelers. The results: 🚀 90% faster mean time to detect and resolve operational issues ⏩ Investigation time reduced from roughly 10 hours to 1–2 hours ⏱️ 336 engineering hours saved every month ✈️ Faster issue resolution helps protect schedules and reduce disruptions for passengers Read the case study 👉 https://hubs.li/Q04wLgPD0
