Meet VALOR. Veterans Advocating, Leading and Organizing for Results. Three years ago, a group of Church & Dwight veterans launched VALOR to give military service its rightful place in our business. Today, the leadership team is eight people strong. Across four pillars, here's what VALOR has built: Career. Through our partnership with American Corporate Partners, 30 C&D mentors are supporting 37 protégés worldwide. Culture. In November, 106 colleagues hosted retired US Army Colonel and Vietnam Veteran Jane Hudek for a fireside chat on her life of service. Community. In December, 300 wreaths were placed by four C&D sites for Wreaths Across America. Commerce. Veteran perspectives now shape conversations with senior leaders on our marketing, our work, and our strategy. Behind every initiative is a person. A veteran transitioning to civilian life. A colleague being heard. A community remembering those who didn't come home. That's VALOR. Built by veterans. Open to allies. And just getting started. #TogetherWeHaveThePowerToWin

What happens when the Phillie Phanatic visits Church & Dwight? A whole lot of laughs, photos, and unforgettable Phanatic energy! 💚⚾ Our teams had an amazing time welcoming the one and only Phillie Phanatic to our office as we continue building excitement for MLB® All-Star Week coming to Philadelphia. Right in our corporate backyard! From jumping behind the counter in our café to making himself comfortable at our CEO’s desk, the Phanatic brought fun to every corner of the building and reminded us what makes the Church & Dwight culture so special: great people, shared experiences, and never missing a chance to celebrate together. With ARM & HAMMER™ and OxiClean™ proudly serving as the Official Laundry Detergent and Stain Fighter of MLB®, we’re thrilled to be part of the excitement surrounding this summer’s MLB® All-Star festivities. Safe to say… productivity may have taken a brief timeout for selfies 📸😉

More than 160 children took over our Ewing and Princeton locations for Church & Dwight’s annual Bring Your Child to Work Day last month. The energy was off the charts! At our Princeton R&D headquarters: kids designed their very own lab coats, learned lab safety basics, and even sniffed Batiste™ samples to match scents to mood boards. Meanwhile, in Ewing, future scientists launched ARM & HAMMER™ Baking Soda Rockets into the sky, painted terra‑cotta pots, and headed home with everything they needed to grow their own impatiens plants. 🌱🚀 At both locations, the children assembled more than 160 birthday boxes 🎂 for children and families facing food insecurity, in partnership with NJ Rise. Each kit included cake mix, frosting, candles, balloons, and a hand‑drawn card. Everything a birthday needs. Bring Your Child to Work Day has been part of C&D since 2002, and there’s a waiting list every year. This International Day of Families, that’s the kind of company we want to be: one where the work matters, and the people doing it matter even more. ❤️ #InternationalDayOfFamilies #BringYourChildToWorkDay #FutureLeaders #TogetherWeHaveThePowerToWin

Last week, we swapped our desks for the floor of Cure Insurance Arena in Trenton, New Jersey. Our Princeton and Ewing colleagues split into four teams. Yellow, Red, Green and Blue. A day of games, medals, high fives, and a trophy that went home with the right people (congratulations, Red Team). The day opened with our CEO town hall, broadcast in six languages. The work behind it was its own kind of teamwork. A volunteer group across the business that planned, pulled, lifted, sorted, set up and ran the day from start to finish. The event doesn't happen without them. The Employee Games is one of many things we run for our people throughout the year, across Princeton, Ewing and our plants. Different formats, different sites, same idea. Work matters more when the people you do it with do too. Thank you to everyone who turned up, suited up, and showed up for each other! #EmployeeGames #TogetherWeHaveThePowerToWin

Last week, our Ewing colleagues stepped outside routine and into color. A Holi color run. Bhangra moves. The beat of a dhol. Food so good, people went back for seconds. A parking lot transformed into something no one expected on a Wednesday afternoon. Thank you to everyone who helped bring it to life. Moments like these remind us what’s possible when people show up as themselves and celebrate together. Spring at C&D. Even brighter than usual. #Holi #TogetherWeHaveThePowerToWin

Last summer's intake. This year's future talent. Every slide tells a real story. A name, a role and where it took them. These aren't hypothetical career paths. They're the ones our people actually walked. If you're thinking about where to start yours, we might be worth a look. careers.churchdwight.com #TogetherWeHaveThePowerToWin #EarlyCareers #Internship #ChurchAndDwight

Earth Day was founded on April 22, 1970. Church & Dwight was one of its first corporate sponsors. That same year, we became the first U.S. manufacturer to remove phosphates from laundry detergent. Many years before the rest of the industry followed. We didn't wait for the world to catch up then. We're not waiting now. Fifty-six years later, sustainability at Church & Dwight still starts with our people. Across our sites, employees maintain green spaces, tend raised beds, and take active ownership of the environment around them. Not because a policy says so, but because it's part of who we are. From the ground up. Literally. Happy Earth Day. 🌱 #TogetherWeHaveThePowerToWin

This spring, business leaders are engaging early career talent across campuses by sharing real world insights and mentorship to help prepare the next generation. ✨Sheldon Smith served as a guest panelist for a Professional Development Course at Rutgers Business School sharing actionable advice on resumes, networking, and interviewing. ✨Amal Chaudry spoke at HerStory 2026: Becoming Herself, hosted by Rutgers Undergraduate Women in Business, joining women across industries to share insights on growth, resilience, and career journeys. Thank you to Rutgers Business School and the student organizations who made these meaningful conversations possible. Investing time in early career talent and sharing real world perspectives is always energizing and a powerful reminder of why this work matters. #RutgersBusinessSchool #ProfessionalDevelopment #EarlyCareers #WomenInBusiness #TogetherWeHaveThePowerToWin
