Fuse at Mason Square is more than just a 345,000-square-foot technology hub – it is a masterclass in sustainable efficiency. ♻️ To meet George Mason University’s rigorous ecological standards, the project team verified nearly 200 unique materials and integrated specialized photovoltaic panels into the building's high-performance envelope. Developed by Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate, this collaborative approach earned the Environmental Impact Award at the annual P3 Bulletin Awards.
