Last Friday, the University of Washington’s Seattle campus celebrated the newly renovated Anderson Hall, a progressive design-build project with Lease Crutcher Lewis. The comprehensive rehabilitation of the 100‑year‑old historic building preserves and transforms Anderson Hall into a modern, connected home for the School of Environmental and Forest Sciences. The design incorporates new and adaptive spaces, sustainable materials, and strengthens the relationship between Anderson Hall and two adjacent buildings that also serve the program. Thanks to the University of Washington, PAE, Auburn Mechanical, Inc., Coughlin Porter Lundeen, Hargis Engineers, Cochran, Site Workshop Landscape Architecture, Tenor Engineering Group, O'Brien360, Mayfly Engineering + Design, Haley & Aldrich, 4EA Building Science, and Haley & Aldrich for making this project possible.
