Another great day at the Ohio Health Care Association Annual Convention! We're proud to have our team, alongside Santanna Rapp, represented in today’s panel, “Leveraging a Partnership for Excellence: A Blueprint for Transformational Outcomes,” sharing perspective on what it takes to drive meaningful results in skilled nursing today. Today we're celebrating one of many therapy victories! Louise came to us after a fall with fractures in her left arm and leg. She was non-weight bearing in her arm, 25% weight bearing in her leg, in a sling and knee immobilizer, and needed total care for all daily activities. After dedicated rehab, Louise is now ambulating with a rolling walker and doing transfers at a modified independent level. From full support to independence. Way to go, Louise! 👏 Every milestone matters.
