We’re excited to introduce our new monthly feature: Team Member Spotlight! Since our teams support data center projects across the country, we wanted to create a way for the broader data center community to get to know the people behind Constructiv, the professionals who help build and retrofit the nation’s critical infrastructure. Our first spotlight features Robert Kenny, who has been an integral part of our team for nearly a decade. Here’s a bit about his journey:   I’ve been with the greater team since March 2016. My history with Michael Hartke and Jim Strano goes back even further to our days with Howard S. Wright General Contractor starting in March 2005, where I began as a Project Engineer working with Michael. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow in a variety of roles including assistant project manager, project manager, and #preconstruction team member. My longest tenure has been as a senior labor services procurement manager, supporting #hyperscale campuses in Cheyenne and Des Moines from November 2020 through March 2024 as part of the Constructiv Staff Augmentation team. From there, I transitioned into a construction project manager role before moving into my current position in preconstruction with Joe Culbertson. In this role, I’m helping with new bid actions and subcontractor outreach as Constructiv expands into new city locations. On a personal note, I live in Tempe, AZ, where I enjoy the hot, sunny weather with my two greyhounds. I also love to travel whenever I get the chance!
