Hi Everyone, We are looking for a Project Manager for one of our direct clients. Title - Project Manager  Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (3 days in-office, so need a local person)./ Relocation works. Salary - 120K  ( No C2C)   JD as below: ----------------------------- As a manager, you will lead cross-functional project and program teams and work with internal customers to establish and interpret project/program objectives into solutions. In this role you will actively support the team responsible for managing the development activities.   Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of technical project management experience. Excellent stakeholder management, being able to manage stakeholders across the board. Excellent oral and written skills; Ability to efficiently communicate across product, technology, and business partners. Ability to deliver complex software iteratively and with quality. Experience using Rally delivery management platform is required. Deep understanding of Agile at Scale or iterative development processes, including quality and testing standard practices. Experience managing multiple initiatives, priorities, and teams including dependency mapping and impediment removal. Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while delivering high-quality results under pressure.   Preferred Qualifications PMI Certification is a plus. Scaled Agile Certification is a plus. Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Strong ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions that meet complex business requirements. Experience leading Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality.
