For decades, scientific progress has followed a familiar pattern: generate a hypothesis, run experiments, analyze results, repeat. But what if researchers could move more seamlessly between prediction and experimental evidence? That's the opportunity emerging at the intersection of AI, automation and scientific instrumentation. Today, Danaher announced a collaboration with NVIDIA Healthcare to help advance autonomous science by bringing together AI, accelerated computing, scientific instruments, laboratory workflows and experimental data. We're moving beyond simply making science faster by helping researchers create a continuous learning cycle where experiments inform models and models help design better experiments, accelerating the path from discovery to evidence. This is just the beginning of what may be possible when AI, experimental data and scientific expertise become more deeply connected. Strong organizations do more than create career opportunities. They create environments where people can learn, connect and grow throughout different stages of life and work. Last quarter, Danaher associates came together in a variety of ways to support one another professionally and personally, creating opportunities for connection, development and community. Our Inclusion & Belonging team and Associate Resource Group (ARG) leaders helped create and strengthen those opportunities. We also continued investing in how we support our associates. The launch of the Caregivers + Friends ARG, career development opportunities through the Women + Friends ARG, and a dedicated kaizen focused on improving the associate experience globally reflect our ongoing commitment to creating an environment where people can navigate their careers while balancing the realities of life beyond work. Swipe to see some of the ways associates built connection, community, and career growth in Q3 ➡️

Scientific breakthroughs rarely come from a single technology. They happen when data, instruments, automation and scientific expertise work together in a continuous cycle of learning.   Today, we're sharing plans for Danaher's first AI-powered autonomous lab, designed to help researchers develop custom antibodies and other molecular tools up to 8x faster.   Built through collaboration across the Danaher ecosystem, the lab brings together AI, robotics and technologies from several of our businesses in a connected workflow. Every design is created, tested, verified and used to inform the next, helping researchers move from scientific question to validated answer with greater speed and confidence.   It's an example of how we're thinking about the future of discovery: combining AI, automation and human expertise to accelerate scientific progress and help researchers tackle increasingly complex challenges.   🔗 Learn more: https://lnkd.in/eRW9vCx3

Behind every cancer diagnosis is a complex pathology workflow, where each step contributes to the quality and confidence of the answers clinicians rely on. By bringing StatLab and Leica Biosystems together, we're expanding the expertise and capabilities that support laboratories across more of that workflow, from specimen preparation through diagnosis. It's another example of how connected capabilities can help make workflows more consistent, efficient and insightful. We're can't wait to see what Leica Biosystems and StatLab will build together to help advance precision oncology.

On Saturday, Danaher walked to end Alzheimer's in the city we've called home since the beginning. Associates, families and friends joined CEO Designate Julie Sawyer Montgomery on the National Mall in Washington, DC, walking in purple for the millions of people affected by Alzheimer's disease. Alzheimer's disease is a challenge no single organization can solve. Progress depends on science, care and community moving forward together. What started as a commitment from our diagnostics businesses now includes colleagues across Danaher walking in cities across the U.S. and communities around the world. As a proud sponsor of the D.C. Walk, we're walking toward a future with earlier answers and more hope for patients and families. Every step matters. 💜

When changes first appeared in her father's behavior, Meena Balakrishnan (she/her) and her family thought they might be a normal part of aging. "We thought it was old age. We thought it was boredom having moved to the US from India," says Meena. It wasn't until significant disorientation led to cognitive testing that they received an answer: Alzheimer's disease. By then, the disease had already advanced. During World Alzheimer's Month, Meena is sharing her family's experience as a reminder of what earlier understanding can mean for patients, loved ones, and caregivers. Earlier answers cannot change every outcome. But they can provide more time to understand, make informed decisions, access support and plan for what comes next. Learn how connected scientific ecosystems could help bring earlier answers within reach of more patients and families: https://lnkd.in/eWMTaWja

Excited to partner with Brandeis University — Career Network on a program that gives students a firsthand look at the many paths a career in health innovation can take long before graduation. Through the new Danaher x Brandeis Career Launch Program, students will gain hands-on experiences, mentorship, and exposure to opportunities across life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology throughout their four years at Brandeis University.

Brandeis students got an inside look at the new Danaher x Brandeis Career Launch Program during our inaugural Lunch & Launch event. Students learned about Danaher’s impact across life sciences, diagnostics and biotechnology and how the new Career Launch Program will support them over their four years at Brandeis with career skill-building, site visits, mentorship and preparation for early-career opportunities. They connected with leaders from across Danaher and its businesses, including Brandeis alum Jonathan Leiken ’94, chief legal officer at Danaher. We were also pleased to welcome Waltham Mayor Jeannette A. McCarthy, who spoke about the true value of career readiness opportunities like this. Thank you to our partners at Danaher and everyone helping to bring this experience to campus. We're excited to see how the inaugural Danaher x Brandeis Career Launch Program cohort learns, explores and grows over the next four years! For First Year Brandeis Students: There is still time to apply for the program! Applications for the Fall 2026 cohort are open through Sept. 25: https://lnkd.in/ermpFN6t Brandeis University #LaunchEarly #BrandeisUniversity #DanaherCareers
