Char Kurihara awarded 2025 sales leadership awards which highlight DRB Group & DRB Homes’ philosophy that high performing teams are built by great leaders. Congratulations to Benjamin Flury on winning 3 sales leadership achievement awards including awards for system engagement along with sales achieved over budget. Ben also earned the highly coveted overall “Sales Leader of the Year” award. He is pictured here with Char and Emily Raines. Additional leadership awards were given for strong metrics in customer satisfaction to Brandon Carter and Team Atlanta. Strongest margin and income percentage awards went to Chris Birth and Team Washington West. Excellence in coaching our sales processes were awarded regionally with Amber Nadeau and Team Raleigh taking home the east region win. Melissa Jacobs and Team Austin took home the west region award Another coveted award is Best Team use of CRM.” This year’s grand award went to Team Greenville led by Chelsea Cathcart.
